The reason Orbital Napalm is so busted compared to 380 is it has +2 projectiles per salvo, and it has a more condensed bombardment area of 25m, vs the 380's 36m.Orbital Napalm having the exact same cooldown as the Orbital 380 is retarded and even its defenders know it. Its only negative by comparison is the 30 demo force, but the 380mm is so fucking unreliable that its 50 demo force hardly has any use.

Being a powerful cross-map clearer is a unique niche and its what the RR was for a time. Spear should excel in the medium range and be an instant fuck you to armour. As a former Spear main who switched to RR, I think the two should be on roughly equal footing like the EAT/Commando. I think balancing needs to look at how much it differentiates itself from the Quasar. RR should definitely do more damage than Quasar, at the very least every missed non-critical shot should feel worthwhile. Make it a guarunteed armour break, letting teammates exploit the opportunity you create. Another buff I think I would make would be to speed up or remove extending the EAT animation, just let it come out faster.
