The excessive movement is getting nerfed in the same way ability range was nerfed. Obviously movment won't be removed from the game but we won't have characters that can permanently fly around the map as if they had active cheats like celeste or characters that can go up and down several building on zero stamina like mina. We can already see this with the vents/pads stun now dropping you down instead of where you're going on top of the damage and stun
