i don't think devildino is all that oppressive he just forces a lame meta. you cannot play brawl against dino because like with S2 emma they designed a tank that shits on other tanks first and foremost. he's a bit like the flyer test where if your team is to stupid to play any of the high damage hitscan characters you're just going to lose - and badly. speaking of which flyers are in a really weird spot now. we have plenty of hitscan characters that shit on them, brawlers and divers how omnidirectional dashes that easily allow them to dash up to them and kill them with their high burst damaged, and now devildino just grounds them for free. at this point they're easily the worst archetype the game has.
