Feels like a long ongoing stalker campaign to me, minus the anomalies and weird stuff but plus a lot more humans to have shootouts with. The bots are pretty fun, they largely feel threatening if they're geared to the same level as you and the random one that isn't but decides to lock in with G3, even if the first one that fucks you up isn't likely to finish the job but instead just destroy your armor and leave you with blacked out limbs. I do wish the AI wasn't capable of seeing through grass, tiny fence gaps, and other things that a normal human's LoS would be blocked by, and I also wish they weren't as suicidal if you're not actively aiming at them as they'll run up on you, but ever since I unlocked suppressed weapons, the "you have alerted horde" moments are largely gone where I end up just running out of ammo slotting retard after retard have largely stopped. I would also like the ability to load into a map without any spawns and no ability to leave with loot just so I could go check out some of the high intensity places I need to push into for quests. Getting shot at with AP ammo while I'm trying to figure out where the fuck I'm going and what the sight lines are like in the Old Factory or the Mall, for example, was hellacious, and not having a buddy to help me cover angles makes said suicidal scavs an even larger threat.I agree with the other anon that the gunplay just feels really fucking good, and the way you set up your vest with different vests allowing different amounts of shit to be put onto them makes the armors actually feel different and lets you find the ones you like, whether that's the more vertical ones, the more horizontal ones, or the lighter ones that have less room. The very slight aim magnitism actually feels natural and compensates for the fact that you're not able to brace yourself or your weapon when shooting from a fixed position like you really would.

Cable CAN be an issue actually. USB C cables all have their own wattages and maximum amount of power or data that can run through them. Early USB C cables capped at 20W power only are basically obsolete when there's USB C cables now that go to 100W and can transfer as fast as NVMEs and hold 4k resolution 60hz HDMI outputs. You can't tell just by looking at the cable either and have to actually test it.It's probably not your issue and probably the brick though, since most old bricks that aren't rated for fast charging at 60W+ that you just find from a place are like 5/10/15W max.

I really enjoyed ITR1.ITR2 is currently fucking shit.I'm not playing co-op, which seems to be the only meaningful feature difference between the first and second game. Everything else feels like a workshop modded added. I really hope I can see more than 15m ahead in the next zone because I'm getting a bit sick of this super close dense fog everywhere, it makes the game look even worse than it usually does with it's washed out bland textures. Yes you can call it stylistic, people also call Brutalism stylistic and they deserve to be mixed into the concrete. What takes me the most out of it and back to it feeling like a cheesy game is this stupid story, and the segment after you get the compass to unlock the next area. You're given no room to figure out any of the relatively simple puzzles. Your weird friend, who you can't turn down in any of the audio settings so is obnoxiously loud and sounds like he's blowing out his microphone every time he speaks, just gives the entire game away of whatever challenge you're meant to be coming up against. Also knives are now completely useless in this game, so I should've saved myself the trouble of attaching one to my vest and just bought the stupid spork from the shop. Bonus points on no watch so I get to guess my remaining health. Also jumping is shit, before it was kinda cool not being able to and having to navigate the obstacles with some climbing and route planning, now it seems to be in because the meshes on the ground are shit like the weird bubbly grey growths in the ground so much so I find I'm having to jump just for basic navigation.
