Most heros don't have insane get in or out, you're fully commited because running forwards is faster than backwards. In Deadlock this complaint doesn't work because Graves has a lot of downsides with her gun. It can empty fire and has an extremely long reload time. It doesn't latch on the same way Symmetra and Moira do where your whole screen is auto tracked, as soon as LoS is broken the beam drops off, you're required to track constsntly, not perfectly but it's more akin to Zarya than "auto aim" heros. People hate the idea that they're worse than someone who just ran up and aimed them to death so they come up with any cope they can.

How do you get out of archon? - What's the mental shift between emissary and archon that I'm not seeing as mina/lash?
