In general, Tails story feels the most slapped together. His ending doesn't even fit chronologically. Sonic runs off to Chase Eggman on the Egg Carrier to fight Chaos and yet somehow he is crash landed right as Tails flies Amy off to send a missile on Station Square...even though he is supposed to be off to Final Egg while Sonic is chasing him.And him having the missile in the first place kinda makes him gathering the emeralds for Chaos feel redundant.
