I swear it's almost impossible to win against the harder AIs depending on which cars start in first. Sometimes a specific one will start first and get a 5 second lead for no reason, but if I quit out of the race and redo it to change the starting positions, I'll be the one with a 5 second lead.

So I don't play a lot of racing games, but a problem I have with the Forza Horizon games (I've played 4, 5 and 6) is that it doesn't feel like you're going fast. You're going at 120 km/h in a city or even at 180 in a circuit and it feels like you're going way slower. Is there any way to make it different? The only camera that helps is the one that is literally on the front bonnet, and you can't see shit with that one. For reference, yes, I drive in real life.

Not so controversial opinion, but I believe that traction control and ABS should be removed from difficulty settings, and instead be locked to installing a differential, and most importantly, have ABS locked to race brakes (make upgrade priority interesting). And in the tuning tabs, these can be adjusted to different levels of intervention. But I get it: indie developers. It's too much to ask.

It was fun street racing with the cops behind you or some high stakes run while your opponents talk shit or drag racing through traffic. We don't have that anymore because it's triggering to modern audiences who can't enjoy it unless they get some retarded prosthetics to represent their character or some sheeboon announcer or some autodrive feature. Racing a mech is neat and the jumps and speed traps are fun but the actual racing against other cars is just kinda boring. SP has a fucking amazing mix of indie, math rock, pop/folk mixes and more, overall its probably the best radio station we have had since Horizon 2's Pulse.

New to Forza and didn't play many racing games before. I got to pro difficulty with frequent rewinds but I'm starting to hit a wall right before the airfield show case. A bunch of the races are virtually impossible now and it feels like it's because my cars can barely keep up on a straight even with a decent corner exit. Do I just need to git gud or are there meta cars you need? I did use the tuning browser.
Some 5k XP tables are just impossible to crash, like nigga, you need some turbo autism to calculate the jump speed and height, also the car to crash some on the rooftops.

The Discover Japan badges just give you barn finds(which are genuinely better long term) but don't feel as important. Also even if you go super heavy into Street and Touge racing you won't really go that far into that progression path unless you're also doing the stories and photo challenges.
