I just stumbled upon an interesting private server project called Nostrum and wanted to share a concept that looks like a game changer to me, but i have to say im not affiliated with the staff or server in any way. They are introducing a strictly gated, phased leveling restriction system where the max level is temporarily capped and increases over time, starting with Phase 1 at levels 1 to 19, Phase 2 at 20 to 29, and Phase 3 at 30 to 39. Personally, this concept feels super fresh and highly attractive because it hits the perfect balance for different playstyles; casual players won't lose connection to the community or get left behind if they lack time, while hardcore players get the perfect window to immediately level up crucial alts and twinks for later raid tiers once they hit the current cap.Right now they are in Phase 1 (1-19) until 5th of june then they will release Phase 2. For me its a cool concept and i wanted to share it with you bc it seems really good even for casual gamers. maybe look into it.

Crogge bans some of the buyers and the goldseller accounts that advertise goldselling, plus any bots that make it too obvious (while letting them keep the gold). Crogge looks like a hero for banning people when really he's in on it. I'm paraphrasing here but the part about looking like a hero is essentially verbatim what he said if I remember right.This makes the whole scam less obvious to detect because it's more natural. It also keeps inflation from skyrocketing overnight and instead it's a gradual increase that's harder to detect, which is better for the longevity of the server and thus better for the longevity of the scam.
