Tikal and Chaos being added to SA2's story kinda tips the balance between Heroes and "Darks". Chaos would be a rival to Tikal to kinda mend that. Not a villain again like in the first game, but does stuff his own way out of good intentions but still leads to conflict between the two before settling their differences (after a bosd fight because vidya).
