Ekko is designed as an AP Skirmisher not an assassin. Assassins don't need 3 hit passives that then give AA on hit dmg and abilities that take multiple seconds to go off + an ultimate ability that only deals damage if you have been fighting in the same area for multiple seconds. His AP ratios are as high as they are now because of how hard they needed to punish tank ekko, because his kit is/was so amazing for sustained fighting and impossible to peel. Lethality is only strong because the average brainlet league players inaptity to build any item with defensive stats.The more armor you have the less dmg reduction you get from additional armor, and that works the other way around.If your champ has like 30 base armor and you cut of 16 of that your dmg increase is significantly higher than when you cut off 16 from 100 armor.Just build tabis already instead of crying
