Yeah, it's a shame that the first game takes a lot of info away from you in third person but it's the only game that does that, although compass heading tends to be only visible in HUD/cockpit view in other entries. Also fuel is only a mechanic in Air Combat and Ace Combat 2, and Air Combat's flight model is a bit off compared to the rest of the games since it was the first.For your other question about ground targets:Stability is your stall speed (and maybe low speed maneuverability?). Higher stability means you can fly slower without stalling out.Mobility affects how responsive your plane is to your inputs. A lot of early game planes don't have the best mobility.Power is your top speed/acceleration.Defense determines how many missile/gun shots you take before dying, realistically you'll always die to two missiles.

Can any buddy help me with AC5 emulation? Some time ago I've had everything setup and working nicely, but now something broke I think... I get this frame and audio stutter, and it kind of gets worse the longer I play I believe. A few times the audio just completely cut out too. And the issue then somehow becomes PC-wide. When I play something on YT for example the sound keeps stuttering and popping, at least until a PC reboot. Has anyone encountered this before?
