>>570035247To be fair it takes a lot of skill to wield them effectively. Perfects themselves have been running around since early on, see Astamon and Pandamon. Not to mention that you need to be in good synch with them to even evolve (or they got a lot of epulse/experience on their own like Mummymon or Fumamon). GIFT probably has an easier time in general, since they are always in sync with their mons, but lack all the combat training the five stars have. So it seems like the issue is more controlling a perfect effectively.
