In wilds is there any purpose to being outside of the demon mode with DBs? You get a whole new moveset after you fill your bar but it's gone just as fast as using the flurry move in demo mode and doesn't seem to do as much damage.

i need to figure out how to prepare for rathian. anja hits me for retarded amounts of damage, i almost carted. i should upgrade my armor.now, i pretty much only have hammer and switch axe that i've practiced. but neither of them are any good at mobile targets, they have a ton of recovery frames and for both of them it is a pain if the target moves at all. meanwhile rathian is a flier, probably gonna be fast. tobi-kadachi was also fast, it kicked my ass, i pretty much only killed it because i lured it out of its nest and it ran into an anja. i basically couldn't land more than one hit at a time on it in its nest.really wish there was some way to change your aim or gap close after you start a combo. i'll do a switch axe combo and the second half is just this autistic hunter swinging his sword into empty air because swinging to the left isn't in the codex astartes.or the B-B-B-B combo with hammer and the monster gets stunned and knocked out of reach, but by the time the hammer recovery frames finish and i move over to where the monster was knocked back it's too late to complete the combo.maybe i should try some of the faster weapons like longsword or s&s or dual blade. in a way, greatsword felt better. you get the positioning and the timing down on one strike at a time. switch axe initially felt like it was more responsive, but i really feel limited because the combo movements are so hamfisted that you can't even aim to the side without waiting for your combo to finish, the recovery frames to process, and only then can you aim 30 degrees to the right. i don't know why they decided to make it work like this.>>570031416apparently not? i haven't changed anything.

Decided to learn a new weapon coming off of my ADHD DB's the HBG it seems really cool the only issue is I cant seem to figure out if i want to play HBG on KBM or controller.
