I play on unfair so I like having Jae since she's the best skillmonkey (skill monkeigh) but I don't actually like her as a character very much. Pasqal is a worse skillmonkey than her, and he's also worse in combat compared to her, but he tends to speak up more than her and have various interactions with more characters, including the new dlc. But if you don't have Jae, tons of skillchecks throughout the game lose like 20% chance or so.Kibellah and Argenta to kill stuff, me and Cassia to be officers, and then pasqal skillmonkey and the new guy because he's new is my intended party. But then I'm going to miss Abelard...and Jimmy...Why's it gotta be so difficult. You'd think with 6 party spots it would be easy but you actually have to leave people you want to take behind, which is testament to the cast's likeability (or weird overpowered mechanics in the case of Jae, oh and hilariously they buffed her again in the new dlc while not everyone got a buff)
