I couldn't get the skin you included working anyway so I yeeted it and made a new one from SkinNakedBeast with the ears, tail, and hair, and it werks (I think; I can't recall if the tail is supposed to be pink). I think the hair should be fixed if I give her a bald hairstyle, but it may need the facegen re-exported, so I dunno. Also I see what you mean about the skeleton preset being super cursed lol.

Sometimes it doesn't work though and I only know certain rituals to appease the machine spirit. The tail you included didn't have whatever edits you made to the shader flags or whatever, but I messed with those until it worked.I was also able to get rid of the clipping hair by giving her a bald hairstyle in the CK and deleting the hair from her facegen mesh. Could be only the latter mattered. Anyway, here's the edited esp, if you want it.
