How exactly do the "duo" skills work on this event? There's the "use vodka and daiwa scarlet to unlock a mile skill" thing? Does it unlock it permanently for all racers or is it only on Vodka and Daiwa during that race? Is it worth it to spend points scouting one of them? Reason I ask is there is a great Daiwa Scarlet that popped up on a team with no sprinters that I can get easily but I can't back out of the menu to read that page further.
