They also introduce the new mechanic of Weakness Exposure, in which each Boss has 2 Debuff Weaknesses (Floor 10's Armored Rakshasa is E.Weak to Bleed and Taunt. When these Debuffs would be applied (even if the Boss is Immune), the Boss gains stacks of Weakness Exposure, which is a rising +x% damage taken debuff on the Boss.Depending on the enemies/Boss, you only need a certain threshold of HP and let teammates bring Shields. The new Overheal mechanic (excess healing over 100%HP = Shield) helps a lot with this, too. I've brought Level 40 units with 0 Cores and just them having specific mechanics got through the fight, while other times I had to do some gearing, as seen in the Denji above in +6 Cores.
