What does it mean to be each tier? What does it mean to be an S tier killer, what does it mean to be a B tier killer? Good survivors also know that Chucky literally cannot hit you after a scamper if you just step aside on the other side vault, so that's a part of his kit just removed. A good Chucky can land really deceptive slice 'n' dice hits around a loop with good effort, but in the end it takes one health state and you have to do it all over again. Meanwhile gens are being done and you have zero map pressure or mobility. On top of this, like all stealth killers, an entire aspect of Chucky's kit (the stealth) is entirely removed by SWFs calling out your last known position and headed direction on comms, generally at best or with clock call outs at worst.

I didn't know it'd trigger off of their perks too.I ran Predator, Deerstalker, the crow one, and with that I felt like I always had a chase going or knew where to find the next guy, rather than having down time where I'm just checking random generators.

There is a perk that lets you create more scourged hooks, and one that turns all basement hooks into scourged hooks.

Scourge hooks function the same way, but have to be used on scourge hooks. Scourge hooks can be seen but only with the saboteur perk. They have seperate tokens but they will trigger at the same time.
