>>572296251No, armor is worthless unless you have extreme levels since in poo2 its checks pre-resists. Armor vs ele is strong at around 100k as long as you have over 100% conversion. In general elemental damage is around 3-4x base value compared to phys, since its balanced against 75% resists.In poe1 its much stronger due to being post resist check, so 5% armor vs ele basically guarantees 99% DR since everyone is 90 all res there.

player power (damage) on the high end is already way too high. they should increase base power (also buff shit skills) but decrease the top end by like 80% (can decrease ailment thresholds to compensate) so that we have a reason to invest into characters and make people have to do boss mechanics.they just need to nerf damage on weapons, rings, jewels, nerf late game op scalers like trigger skills and mana stacking, etc
