I think overlap depends on the item and cost. I don't think 3 healbanes is throwing especially in a full soloq team with no coordination. One of them can be sold for something better late. Inhib and silencer are so fucking strong that there's nothing wrong with having 2 of them just to ensure they're getting procced 24/7.
