Then Ralsei and Susie spawn from Green's back, then Starwalker shows up being Starwalker. Orange gets mad and says she has her own, spawning a mini-starwalker, and finally Ralsei and Susie say "That's not original", which is also building on the previous chapters' Starwalker jokes . All of Toby's best jokes work like that, and it can't be captured in one screenshot. That's why outsiders act like UTDR isn't funny, they're missing the context of ALL the build up that leads to the extremely funny punchline that the fans meme on.
