Once door dude is dead, cross the finish line into the room, and alerting guards no longer matters, so those last dudes you had to avoid you can do whatever you want and not worry about stealth anymore. You'll notice the difference that you won't have guards spawning in the hallways behind you, which means you made it to that checkpoint before alerting guards.

I didn't have a CTD in months. Left the game running for a while, maybe the guy could at least finish the job without me disconnecting. Fucking graphics stack on that job and it is always only the driller affected (if you done it with setups). Doesn't crash on the finale if your game session is fresh.
