Personally I think Canto 10 will be good simply because we know nothing about Meursault and we've never seen him out of his comfort zone so literally anything new about his life will be interesting news. Hong Lu didn't have the same oomph because he already was pretty expressive and H.Corp doesn't hit as hard as N.Corp who are technically Limbus's opposing faction.
