Both sides are mostly mirrored so that means one teams yellow is safe lane and the other teams yellow is offlane. I suspect the offlane yellow will have the advantage going into the rift because the safelane should be running a carry thats not online yet. You could run the carry in green instead but then you have disadvantageous geometry. Over many thousands of games it'll probably add a few % to the winrate of one side
