The Switch 2 could probably accomplish the same things if you pretend as many people are lugging that around as they did a DS, but that limits you to being an exclusive (to the same player base that already had the game the first time!). The appeal of a remake is that most of the work is already handled for you, and that's just not on the table here. They either rejigger the whole map system for stay-at-home gamers or they force themselves to be an exclusive again, and neither is the easy money they want.

Ok so I didn't know the music can still change once you got your other members if you put them in the front, especially Meena and Maya. They're the only ones who can change the battle theme I think if you put them up front.
