the entire point of EA is to challenge your understanding of the game: can you make this random loadout work in three mission with various restrictionit's optional, if you don't like it just do your netracells, it's not that hard
Reminder that ETA/EDA are easy in their current state (while also admitting that easy isn't the same as fun). They rarely disable operator mode, they rarely disable specters and other items, and as of a few patches ago they never disable archguns. If they do take away both operator and items, that's two weekly modifiers that have no effect on your Warframe and your guns. The leftmost column of the RNG loadout is guaranteed to be items that you own, so if you have upgraded or are willing to upgrade a high percentage of the items of you keep then you'll usually have a usable loadout.
