I don't know if it's the most optimal way to play her or the best way to build it but it definitely lets the carbine chunk people and your gun is still effective. It's a ton of fun. She feels more like an actual sniper than Vindicta while also being more versatile, mobile, and not nearly as easy to just dive on. Carbine also feels so nice even when you fire off like an uncharged shot while your items are on CD just to cuck somebody's escape and let your entire team burst them down.I do actually skip express shot on the build to prioritize getting spirit burn first, which I build as my first 6400, and more general damage. Spirit burn is just so good and I'm not sure express shot adds enough damage to be worth it over other items that are generally more useful while also adding their fair share of damage to your carbine.
