Paradox feels like a testament to the biggest problem I have with this game. Building for carbine is a ton of fun. It feels incredibly satisfying to use. The entire time I'm playing it though, I feel like I'd be better off and consistently contribute more for less effort just building full spirit and being able to slap down two giant ass AoE fields on any rift fight. Sometimes I wonder why they even made this game a shooter instead of a pure moba because it feels like they don't want to reward precision.

One of the most popular items is spirit resilience, which becomes more effective at low hp. Tankbuster is current hp damage, meaning you do less damage when the opponent is low. When you buy tankbuster into spirit resilience, it’s a huge swing in effectiveness from the beginning of the fight to the end. Why does that matter?
