MANT for all its faults was very friendly to low payers, as the only real requirement was race bonus+some training effectiveness, the rest was up to how good you could build parents. Now its training effectiveness+initial friendship guage+friendship bonus+special priority+sp bonus, and a lot less SR cards have all that shit compared to SSRs.
