So you can get multiple uses out of her. Interestingly, her kit as a lot of specific bonuses for Moon Cancers or Living Humans, but her actual potential as a support is somewhat limited as once you discount the Arts up, her buffs aren't that crazy. I personally wish they had leaned into it and given her something ridiculous like Gogh's 100% extra Crit damage for Existence Outside The Domain. Similar to Summer BB, she hits for pretty meh damage, but she has some good utility. While that utility is probably more applicable in general play, it's not nearly as unique as what Summer BB offers.tl;dr they're both gimmicky, BB Dubai has more tools you can immediately make use of, but Summer BBs gimmicks are especially unique and interesting.
