The Sigafoo Save honestly is probably the closest thing to the Daigo Parry because TF2 is not a fighting game. The gameplay depth is inherently lower and there's shit like random crits and random bullet spread. So switching between your weapons quickly enough to stop an Uber is probably the best equivalent
