It scales with how well the tank is geared, and how much you're able to get them to play around your cooldowns. It's F U N in dungeons, absolutely brain dead in raids. It's an up hill battle even after 60.It also has an awful levelling experience, but it's doable with some shenanigans like Moon Arrow -> Moon Arrow -> Hand of Elune with Lunar Swiftness. I'm at a point where I can heal most dungeons by my passive, and Celestial Form on cooldown. Sun Cleric is great if you get into stance dancing between Vows of Grace / Dawn, and going in and out of Dawn for Gateway to Heaven. You also need to cast in melee to regen mana occasionally. It really forces you to make quick decisions on what you want to accomplish too. The entire levelling experienc was pretty great, and I was consistently 2nd - 4th dps once I figured it out while healing everyone passively through damage too. I found Tinker to be the most boring healer. You'll set your Nanobots on yourself and tank, throw down totems then spam Scatter Shot most GCDs, occasionally pressing Zap! It gets too strong too early around level 30, and becomes a snoozefest.

Smash dps buttons, passively heal, have strong CDs and no mana issues. Veno is a Druid. Nuff said. WD is combination of Mistweaver monk and Druid. Channeling heal, hots, basic filler healing spell to spam. Chronomancer is basically the mix of Holy and Disc priests from WotLK. You usually keep hot in team mates and spam one effective healing button that also adds 50% of healing as a shield. You also have analogue of Prayer of Healing. There is also mechanic of stance dancing but untill deep into M+ you don't really need any of its benefits, except for maybe making a macros to change stance back and forth for extra mana regen once in a while. Sun Cleric is a mix of WotLK Holy Paladin and MOP Holy priest. It's not really a melee healer but it will benefit you if you will use Gavel skill which is a melee skill. It is all about changing stances depending on what you need currently: more damage, more mana regen, more ST dps and healing, more AoE dps and healing. Blood Mage I didn't play but they are effectively sort of ranged Grovekeeper - have rage instead of mana, and sacrifice some of it and HP to do powerful burst healing.

I agree that the video doesn't tell you anything, it seems like you don't know, but the talents, spells, and tooltips are entirely client side.
