While a lot of female writers maybe overthink the psychology and project a lot of weakness and vulnerability that isnt really there onto the character.Ian tends to just write the characters like they are action figures with WWE promo speeches.Evan writes characters liek Amy and Rouge great because she thinks out the character more thoroughly beyond how she exists on relation to the boys and if she can beat things up good and have memefeats and seem "conventionally competent".Whereas people generally criticize Evan for not having enough cool action stuff.Personally I think she had plenty but that's the pattern.
