I took a pretty long break and am playing through some story bits now, but whenever there is a prerendered or animated cutscene, there is zero audio. Anyone know why this could be happening? Everything else was fine. Checked if it may be a borderless window bug, since audio fades out if the window is not focused, but that didn't help. Far as I can tell the HP Lock is bugged if you play with controller. While on screen you can't use any buttons for skills, gun, melee, open the start menu etc. You can use LT + R3 to access the mouse mode and can select skills with that method. The only button that works is the B / cancel button. But that completely dismisses the HP lock off your screen. For added fun if HP lock was manually turned on and then HP lock is dismissed there is no way to cancel out of the HP Lock. Tested Auto to see if it had a way to turn it off, got up to action 30 and assumed it did not, or it would have entered break phase by then.
Surt is also randomly moving up in the turn order as well, even if you just defend.
