Both Keyblades yield near-identical Formchanges; Dual Arrowguns/Hunny Blasters and Magic Launcher/Hunny Launcher. But Shooting Star goes into Element Form, while Hunny Spout goes into Guardian Form. Element Form increases magic damage while Guardian Form has Second Chance. The game just doesn't tell you this and you need to actually look at it to realize this, so most normalfags just go "durrrr y no drive forms???" They're there.
