Luminary was the worst league starter and strongest league finisher I've ever played.I've played since 2012 and my damage was so bad in early Atlas progression it was giving me flashbacks to some very long-gone times. When a lot of people rerolled week 1 though, like many others I just stubbornly kept going. My bad Thunderquiver became a bad Manyshot, which became a good Manyshot, which became an insane Combatant. I just kept upgrading both gear sets and the possible optimizations seemed endless. I was playing the bog-standard life and light radius Flame Link setup with Enmity's Embrace.It did get better...better beyond anything I've ever played in POE. This last weekend I was even doing voided Valdo's for the first time ever and still had a ton of build improvements I could make. I didn't do any no-hit Sanctums, but I spent some time in Sanctum and it seemed very much within reach. Ubers were a joke. I didn't Delve but as you may know Nerotox took the same build to 6000.I think I'm done because there's nothing left that motivates me to keep optimizing it, but I'm still well below mirror tier gear levels.The build really has it all: big damage, easy defenses, "zero-button" autobomber playstyle. I've certainly not experienced every OP build that ever existed, so maybe this is just me finally landing on the really busted flavor of the month at its peak, but I never experienced anything in the game that feels like it can do anything so well for "relatively" cheap.

I consistently hit the market and buy every scarab at 1c and then upsell them hunting for more valuable scarabs. You will always make a profit, the only issue is gold cost but the last two leagues have made that more of consideration instead of an issue.
