I think the explanation goes that SERN is storing a ton of stuff and didn't actually investigate the D-mail until much later, so deleting it when they did prevented them from completing their own time machine in the future, hence no way to contact the rounders in the present to raid the lab.

After doing the foolhardy task of reading up until the end of Episode 6 of Umineko with the free time I had this week, I can say without a doubt in my mind, Umineko is one of the most tranny coded written works ever made known to man. Everything from the delusional world of witches, a meta world, a genderless psycho obsessed with finding love with his/her? Legitimate cousin is quite grotesque and degenerate story indeed. The characters are unlikable and the fact that the entire story is in the end, really nothing more than just a coping mechanism for reality. It is quite understandable why trannies would latch on and relate to the story of witches and using avatars of little girls with delusions of grander and power to do with as they see fit and deal out murder against those they wish upon adds up as these freaks would wish that upon those that have no energy nor pity to play along with the childish game these faggots parade upon us as pretending to be something they are not. I read Umineko as homework to better understand the posters of this general in attempt to find common ground, but sadly am even more disturbed and unable to stomach the knowledge of these transvestites actually being among us any longer. I’m afraid I’m just going to have to kill all of you.
