Weakening headshot is a really good item and you should buy it on every gun character who has an easy time hitting headshots. It speeds up jungle camp farm substantially and just adds a lot of damage for its price against other heroes. It also builds into crippling headshot, another great item. If you're playing drifter, venator, billy, any character who likes shooting and can headshot easily you should be getting it, its really underrated right now

extra souls is just more items and stats, something you don't need to do anything different to benefit from. celeste's movement requires you to actually master movement and memorize urn routes and rotations to even benefit.

What are you realistically supposed to do when the enemy team has a large soul lead? As far as I can tell it there isn't something to do. The winning team is able to win more, win faster, win harder, and win easier. If they're ahead, it's easier to farm, kill enemies, take space, and more. Someone 10k souls behind can not compete in a 1v1 as easily, and good luck in a 1vX; even worse if the lead is larger like 20k. Someone on the losing side going to farm is "leaving their team for dead" so to speak. You NEED everyone in the team fights to win and rebound, but if you are behind you need to farm. If you're farming you aren't helping (not exactly true but you know what I mean). If the enemy team is death balling, you can't stop them because they are ahead.At this point I think I'm just repeating myself; but it is a genuine question I'm asking. The winning team wins more. The losing team doing anything and making a mistake is a winning move for the winning team. That seems incredibly asymmetrical/unbalanced? Yes I've been in games where we come back, but that is more about luck and the enemy team throwing rather than "coming back" because any team of significant lead/skill/intelligence won't let them come back.
