Can someone tell me why certain jobs are put at a disadvantage when it comes to gearing without doing savage? Some jobs have to actively avoid spell/skill speed or it messes up their rotations and makes them feel like shit to play. If you get all augmented bygone brass gear, you'll have to take some amount of skill/spell speed. The only way to avoid it is to mix that gear with savage raid gear.This means if I want to get the best gear I can without fucking up my rotation, I'm stuck using worse gear and I'm several item levels under a job that doesn't mind spell/skill speed. Why don't they just make it so skill/spell speed affect all cooldowns?
