When doing auto battles to farm for dolls in campaigns, are drop rates better on higher difficulty like nightmare or is it better to do the lowest difficulty for the lower auto battle ticket costs?

You'll probably run out of quick auto tickets first. Some dolls have a quick and easy enough manual method that you could just do that if you're really desperate for them.
