Lumen's a toggle skill, so again he suffers no downsides but gets S3 at 25SP costGlaucus benefits from this, BP is mostly neutral, Weedy benefits. Combine Iberia with Swift and you'd probably have an insanely strong faction, although you'd have to add a damage scale. Maybe a +attack on skill activation at 6 operators like Sargon has.
