Dorothy herself is so far down on the suffering scale it isn’t even funny. On the flip side of things the queen is pretty balanced at the moment, one win and one failure. Mirror on the other hand has won too much and needs a set back asap.

You're look at 50% chance of getting an effect on Line 2 with 3 rocks per roll, with a 1/8 chance of getting ATK line one Line 2 per 3 rock roll. I'm not gonna do the math, but I think it's still cheaper to lock Line 3, use 2 rocks per roll to try and get Line 2, giving up your blue ELE. Once you have all three lines you want, then you can roll for Blue/Black lines.
