class feel: been sometime after I played huntress, and it felt close to it. Parry is definitely a big thing for pairing it with other skills. I mostly did the cyclone(move in a whirlwind) skill which had average damage. Fighting the boss from the trailer took a good couple of minutes, though it goes without saying that as a new class I wasn't very adept with the skills. The skill animations are absolutely amazing as the trailer showed. Though I'm not very sure how it scales for the endgame. Feels like Area of effect will be a big thing for this class.

I thought there were going to be MULTIPLE event leagues. what is the point of putting balance changes off to 1.0now I'm going to have to choose between playing sword and the ignite/chaos builds I wanted to play this league.
Watching that showcase it looks like the game I want to play. But it also looks like it's not made for the game we have.Even the endgame builds they showed just don't seem like they are viable for the requirements endgame content "forces" on us. Juiced maps are so incredibly packed with mobs that you just can't "afford" doing things that build up power slowly. If you can't explode screens, then maps don't take 5-15 minutes but will take 10-30 mins. And if you can't map quickly you just won't be able to afford the build you're striving for, because other people who do map quickly drive up the prices in the economy. Heck even just doing the basic Atlas progression goals like filling out your Atlas Passive tree costs hundreds of maps to do. And doing hundreds of maps at 20 minutes per map feels very different than doing that at 10 minutes.I wouldn't even mind if they slowed down the game and capped mob density and character damage to give us the same challenge we currently have, but with much less visual overload. But I don't think that's what most players seem to want.As cool as this all looks, I am just really worried that they don't know what direction they want for their game.
