You need to watch animations basically and cooldowns to know when you can actually pres something.

Some of them do a tick or two when it happens. Some of them do 20 ticks near instantly so you're just dead if you weren't prepared for it. You really gotta learn or you'll get fucked. Though dps players have to learn too. Their fuckups just aren't as bad as it is when the tank does it.In low level dungeons a bad tank is annoying. In high level dungeons a bad tank leads to wipes.
