Deadlock is divided between heroes that are OP and popular and heroes that are OP but unpopular. Every single hero has some stupid broken bullshit in their kit and I don't mean that in the fun kind of "if everyone is OP no one is!" way. Sinclair and GT are great examples of OP and unpopular. Their kits are insane but niche and hard to pull off + shitty character models so no one plays them. This means they are considered "weak" despite being strong because strong vs weak to the Deadlock community is entirely based off of vibes and is why the balance is as dogshit as it is.
