For necklace/rings you want Power > Crit, for earrings I don't think any offensive stats are available so just take Endurance/HP.Archers get a ton of crit for free so the amount of crit you want from your WH accessories is going to depend on whether or not you're with a Mystic. I'm fairly certain they can achieve 100% crit rate on their most important skills with just the crit rings/necklace but you may be able to swap one with power if you're with a Mystic.

As previously discussed in this thread, the AoE markers were sloppily done and are inaccurate, but I don't know myself if theres a way to turn them off, so I'd just learn to ignore them from the start.
