New healer suck for most current content because who the fuck goes to turn 4, but as they are trying to slow the game down with both balance adjustments to what we can do and things like out of order actions based on boss HP punishing the all gas no brakes all out offensive shit, I expect her value to go up quite a bit. Self heal on any MP expenditure, the best discipline possible for a healer, and a regen+damage boost with no turn limit. We'll have to do some testing and/or see if the numbers for the buff break discord tranny containment to figure out if it's as awful as Ballad, but I suspect she will become meta.

Been watching some nip streamers and checking their comment sections to get their vibe on Phyllisia. Like 80 or 90% of them are really impressed by her, many even saying they are willing to risk not getting the anniversary unit to pick her up but probably the biggest factor is that they think she's super cute. They are somewhat concerned about action economy when first turn you often want to put up incense meaning you won't even be able to flower by turn 4, but the stats of a dark elf and the self heal probably make her the best Healer even if it's not so much of a difference that you'd want to ditch a Healer you're already invested in

for disciplining merged characters, how does the whole "overall discipline" thing work? if I get the alt's individual mastery to lv3 but it doesn't increase the overall discipline for example, does that actually do anything?
