How those banners work??

It's basically a way to get a guaranteed SS easier (with the one on the banner having a rate-up) but there is no spark/pity on the banner and you can only pull on it a certain number of times. Special recruitment is probably just banner with like 8 memorias having a rate-up, they are mostly good for people trying to reroll or if they are doing an element specific banner.

Also only their SS1 (usually the only SS in their default outfit) can pass on their ultimate skill to their other memoria

Risa's debuff stacking seems really slow? It has 20 stacks, you get 2 at the start, so 18 to go. It gives 1 stack when she uses a heal skill, and 3 when she ults(+2 from the ult, +1 because it's a heal skill). She doesn't have any passives increasing her stacks. Is she supposed to ult 6 times when it doesn't do anything really when you spam it like that? It's like a slower less value kojuburg.
