If you mean by monetary failure, we can't truly know, but we can speculate based on quittings/firings that it was likely Spirits Within, XIV 1.0, and XV, unless you count Forspoken as being related to Final Fantasy due to Luminous. If we are referring to monetary failures, XVI cannot be in this conversation, as it had half the budget of Rebirth and sold more copies and had a sales celebration announcement, while Rebirth has had nothing.
