>>581336331Yeah I have friends in HoF guilds and when I compare our boss hours played vs my dadcore CE guild, even accounting for nerfs, it's still similar hours of prog time with the major difference being that the hof guys basically day raid for the first month then raid like 12 hours a week and are hitting bosses with ilvl ranges that take us longer to attain because we don't do splits or have any requirements for people to spam m+ for gear. Also we tend lose a few nights each tier from multiple people having other obligations (work, family, sick, whatever) whereas in those guilds people probably just get benched from spotty attendance or outright gkicked. But if an endboss takes 36 hours on average to kill then the sweaty guild will get it done in 3 weeks while the 2 day 6/hr guild will take 6 and that compounds over time.
